The Palmetto — herringbone-braided olive-green leather, closed with two hand-forged 14K gold beads worked to look like river-tumbled river stones. The colour was chosen for the tone the palmetto palm leaves take on in Charleston in late summer: not quite green, not quite brown, warm.

Wears beautifully with a suntanned wrist.
