Zucchini Apple Pear Smoothie
Serves 2
1 cup zucchini
1 large apple
1 large pear (no skin)
2 tablespoons hemp seed
½ lemon sliced (skin on)
1½ cups filtered or spring water
3 leaves kale-no stem
¼ teaspoon wheatgrass (optional)
½ teaspoon Ahiflower oil
2 cups ice
Drink chilled-so refreshing!
Directions: With all smoothies, add heavier items in blender first, followed by lighter items and then liquids. And a handful of ice at the end. It’s that easy.
