½ cup water (use for heating strawberries)
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (heat with the ½ cup water)
½ tsp NuStevia by NuNaturals
1 heaping TBL of Mila chia seed
¼ tsp riberry powder (Bushfoods superfood brand launching on Projectyoubewell.com) next week- (optional)
2 TBL coconut yogurt
¼ tsp wheatgrass
1 TBL hemp seed
½ tsp Ahiflower oil (put in at end when smoothie is warm not hot)
