Warm Blueberry Coconut Chia Smoothie

1½ cups blueberries or frozen if not in season (heat in saucepan for 7 minutes until warm with the milk and oats) then pour into blender with rest of ingredients

¾ to 1 cup macadamia (Milkadamia brand) or almond milk or (homemade nut milk)

2 tablespoons raw gluten-free oats

1 heaping tablespoon of Mila chia seed

½ teaspoon maqui powder

1½ tablespoons of peanut or almond butter (freshly ground if possible)

½ cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt or coconut kefir (yogurt)

½ teaspoon Ahiflower oil (great bio-available vegan omega)

Serve warm and top with dried shredded coconut and a few extra warm blueberries
