She writes for Forbes, Huffington Post, Healthy Women, Elle and Disney Interactive and has published two books, TORN and GEEK GIRL RISING. She is an advisor and investor in several early stage startups and a member of the Pipeline Angels Group. At Project You, she advises on content, branding and social media strategy. In her free time, she likes to hike the Marin Headlands and surf at Cronkhite Beach.
Gregory W. Cumberford
Greg is an expert in bio-botanical research and serves as President and Co-founder of Bent Creek Institute, North America’s only medicinal plant repository. Prior to Bent Creek, he worked for nearly 14 years as an executive at Gaia Herbs, Inc. Greg is Co-founder of the North Carolina Natural Products Association. He received his BS in Environmental Earth Sciences from Stanford University.
Jill is the Founder and Owner of the nationally acclaimed Barre Fitness program, The Dailey Method. A degreed Kinesiologist, Jill found that her true passion was helping people transform their lives through fitness. In 2000 she opened The Dailey Method in San Francisco: the first barre class on the West Coast. Since its inception, Jill has grown The Dailey Method from a one-room studio to an international fitness revolution. Throughout the process, she has never lost sight of her original goal of improving the lives and health of those she teaches through her alignment principles: Align, Engage, Move.
Willie is a Certified Nutrition Consultant and founder of Essentials for Health. She works with clients locally, nationally, and globally on a range of health issues including autoimmune diseases, infertility, diabetes, elevated cholesterol, learning disabilities, allergies, and asthma. She is also founder of Healthy Image, a medically supervised food program that treats weight issues. Her philosophy is, “If you heal the gut, 95% of your health issues will go away.”
