Tart Grapefruit Raspberry Smoothie

Serves 2

1 Ruby red grapefruit (no skin but keep the white part that protects the grapefruit)
1 cup raspberries
1 cup spring water
1 tablespoon Mila chia seed
½ teaspoon Riberry Powder
1 super shot Good Belly Probiotic (unsweetened)
1 Fall red crunchy apple (skin on)
¼ taspoon wheatgrass
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (preferably non-alcohol version)
1 teaspoon Manuka Honey (add to your taste but not too sweet)
1 tsp Ahiflower oil
¾ cup fresh spinach leaves (optional)
1 handful ice

*For more protein add tablespoon hemp seed or handful cashews

Directions:  With all smoothies, add heavier items in blender first, followed by lighter items and then liquids. And a handful of ice at the end. It’s that easy.
