Super Greens Kiwi Smoothie

Serves 2

2 kiwis
½ lemon
1½ cups super-greens
1 cup coconut water
1 tablespoon of Mila (chia Seed)
1 tablespoon raw hemp seed
½ teaspoon Kakadu Plum Powder
1 apple
½ cup water
½ teaspoon Ahiflower Oil
1 handful ice

Directions:  With all smoothies, add heavier items in blender first, followed by lighter items and then liquids. And a handful of ice at the end. It’s that easy.
