Strawberry Peach Smoothie

Serves 2

2 ripe peaches
1 cup fresh strawberries or frozen if fresh not in season
1 tablespoon Mila raw chia seed
1 tablespoon raw hemp seed
½ teaspoon Quandong Peach Powder
1½ cups fresh romaine lettuce
½ cup coconut water probiotic drink (Good Belly Drink)
¾ cup almond milk
½ tsp Ahiflower oil

Directions:  With all smoothies, add heavier items in blender first, followed by lighter items and then liquids. And a handful of ice at the end. It’s that easy.
