Strawberry Lemon Smoothie

Serves 2

1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 lemon no skin
½ cup kefir yogurt (non- dairy version-use Good Belly Probiotic Drink )
1 tablespoon Mila raw chia seed
½ teaspoon Kakadu Plum Powder
½ cup of kale
1 apple (any type in season)
½ teaspoon Ahiflower oil
½ cup coconut water (optional)
Handful ice (Optional)

Directions:  With all smoothies, add heavier items in blender first, followed by lighter items and then liquids. And a handful of ice at the end. It’s that easy.
