Spicy Strawberry Yam Smoothie

Serves 2

1 cup fresh strawberries
1 large white peach
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 capsule probiotic or (Good Belly drinkable probiotic)
1 cup fresh coconut water or store bought
½ cup filtered or spring water
¼ teaspoon wheatgrass
1 tablespoon chia seed (I use Mila brand)
½ teaspoon Quandong Peach Powder
½ teaspoon Ahiflower oil
Handful cashews
Handful ice

Directions:  With all smoothies, add heavier items in blender first, followed by lighter items and then liquids. And a handful of ice at the end. It’s that easy.
