Spicy Mango Strawberry Kale

Serves 2

1 cup fresh mango
1 cup fresh strawberries
2 leaves dino kale (no stem)
2 tablespoons hemp seed
½ teaspoon Riberry Powder
1½ cups filtered or spring water
¼ teaspoon wheatgrass powder
½ teaspoon Ahiflower oil
2 tablespoons lowfat plain kefir or (coconut yogurt unsweetened)
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Handful ice

Directions:  With all smoothies, add heavier items in blender first, followed by lighter items and then liquids. And a handful of ice at the end. It’s that easy.
