Spicy Kiwi Smoothie

Serves 2

½ cup water
1 cup coconut water (store bought coconut water, Harmless Harvest)
1 banana
1½ tablespoons Mila chia seed
1 tablespoon hemp seed
½ teaspoon Kakadu Plum Powder
3 kiwis
¼ cup low-fat plain kefir (Good Belly non-dairy probiotic -1 small bottle)
1 tablespoon raw walnut or almond butter
1½ cups super greens mix
1 teaspoon spirilina/chlorella mix
1½ teaspoons organic matcha tea powder
½ teaspoon Ahiflower Oil

Directions:  With all smoothies, add heavier items in blender first, followed by lighter items and then liquids. And a handful of ice at the end. It’s that easy.
