2 tablespoons coconut kefir or lowfat plain kefir
1 tablespoon Mila
1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)
½ Meyer lemon (skin on)
¼ teaspoon wheatgrass powder
½ teaspoon Ahiflower oil (powerful vegan omega)
Handful ice (optional)
