Matcha Mango Smoothie

Serves 2

1 ripe mango or 2 cups frozen mangos
2 teaspoons matcha powder
1 cup of raw coconut water or (store bought coconut water, Harmless Harvest)
½ teaspoons Ahiflower oil
½ cup water
1½ teaspoons maca powder
1½ teaspoons sacha inchi powder
Handful of ice (optional)

Directions:  With all smoothies, add heavier items in blender first, followed by lighter items and then liquids. And a handful of ice at the end. It’s that easy.
