Lavender Berry Berry Smoothie

Serves 2

1 cup fresh blackberries or (frozen if not in season)
½ cup fresh blueberries or (frozen if not in season)
½ teaspoon lavender flower buds
½ teaspoon Ahiflower oil
1 capsule probiotic or (Good Belly drinkable probiotic)
1 tablespoon chia seed (I use Mila brand)
2 leaves dino kale (No stem)
1 cup fresh coconut water or store bought
½ cup filtered or spring water
1 tablespoon hemp seed
½ teaspoon Davidson Plum Powder
¼ cup E3 Live (A nutrient rich aqua botanical) – optional
Handful ice

Directions:  With all smoothies, add heavier items in blender first, followed by lighter items and then liquids. And a handful of ice at the end. It’s that easy.
