1 ½ cups fresh papaya
¾ cup Japanese orange yam
½ teaspoon Riberry superfood powder (Bushfood brand, projectyoubewell.com)
1 ¾- 2 cups super berry hibiscus tea (cooled)
½ banana
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
¼ teaspoon wheatgrass
½ teaspoon Ahiflower oil (powerful vegan omega, puresolutions.com)
1 tablespoon goji berries
Handful raw spinach (you need your greens, but optional & will change the color)
Handful ice (optional)
