Guava Goji Berry Smoothie

Serves 2

2 frozen packs pure unsweetened Guava puree or (4 fresh guavas-no skin)
1 tablespoon flaxseed
½ teaspoon Quandong Peach Powder
1¼ cup fresh coconut water or store bought
¼ teaspoon wheatgrass (optional)
1 tablespoon goji berries
½ teaspoon Ahiflower oil
1 capsule probiotic or (Good Belly drinkable probiotic)

Directions:  With all smoothies, add heavier items in blender first, followed by lighter items and then liquids. And a handful of ice at the end. It’s that easy.
