Golden Pumpkin Latte

1 cup baked sugar pumpkin or any in season (No Skin)

1½ tsp turmeric powder (Golden Milk by Gaia Herbs) Can buy at Wholefoods or

1½ cups unsweetened almond milk (Homemade or store bought)

½ tsp cinnamon *Blend together than warm in a steel pot. Sprinkle more cinnamon on top.
