Fig Rooibos Smoothie

Serves 2

15 whole figs
1½ cups cold rooibos tea
1 tablespoon goji berries
1 teaspoon Ahiflower oil
½ teaspoon Davidson Plum Powder
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon Mila chia seed
1 container Good Belly Probiotic drink
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional but give it a try!)
1 cup ice

*I always add ½-1 cup of fresh spinach to get my greens in (optional)

*If you want sweeter add ¼ teaspoon Manuka Honey Co-factor 15 and above (optional)

Directions:  With all smoothies, add heavier items in blender first, followed by lighter items and then liquids. And a handful of ice at the end. It’s that easy.
