Cranberry Kale Smoothie

¾ cup frozen or fresh cranberries
3 springs kale (no stems)
1 ½ cups coconut water fresh or store bought
2 tablespoons hemp seed
½ teaspoon Kakadu Plum Powder
½ teaspoon Ahiflower oil
1 apple (skin on)
½ cup raspberries
Handful ice (optional)

Directions:  With all smoothies, add heavier items in blender first, followed by lighter items and then liquids. And a handful of ice at the end. It’s that easy.
