Cozy Warm Pear Smoothie
Serves 2
2 cups warm pears with pear water (boil in a saucepan 3 pears w/o skin, cut into wedges, add 3 cups filtered water or spring water, boil for 30-40 minutes on medium high heat, remove and add to blender)
1 TBL Mila chia seed
3 TBL coconut kefir or plain kefir (you can use low fat Greek yogurt too)
1 TBL raw hemp seed
½ tsp Ahiflower oil
This smoothie is so tasty and such a FALL/WINTER treat
