Cassava Root Crepes

3 medium eggs
4 tablespoons of homemade butter (melted or very soft)
1 teaspoon of Manuka Honey (KFactor 16 and above)
¾ cup Cassava Root flour
½ teaspoon fine Himalayan sea salt
2 cups of Macadamia nut milk- plus more as needed (Milkadamia brand or any other nut milk)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Blend in a high- speed blender for 30+ seconds until liquid
