Blueberry/Kiwi/Kale Smoothie

Serves 2

4 leaves dino kale, no stem
2 cups raw coconut water
½ banana
¼ cup garnet yam
1 tablespoon Mila Chia Seed
1 tablespoon raw hemp seeds
½ teaspoon Davidson Plum Powder
2 kiwis (skin removed)
1 apple
1 cup blueberries (frozen if fresh not available)
1 two-inch piece turmeric
½ teaspoon Ahiflower Oil
1 handful ice (optional)

Directions:  With all smoothies, add heavier items in blender first, followed by lighter items and then liquids. And a handful of ice at the end. It’s that easy.
